Shipping within Australia

Sissi Jewellery offers FREE shipping Australia-wide on all orders over AUD $100. For orders under AUD $100, a flat-rate shipping fee of AUD $15 applies.

International Shipping

We offer FREE international shipping on orders over AUD $300. For international orders under AUD $300, shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location.

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

Please note that international shipping charges do not include any import duties, customs fees, taxes, VAT/GST or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country.

Any such charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping fee paid to Sissi Jewellery.

Customs regulations and tax requirements vary by country. We strongly recommend checking your local customs and tax regulations before placing an international order to understand any additional charges that may apply.

Processing Time

All orders placed with Sissi Jewellery are generally processed within 2–3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, there may be a slight delay in processing. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Time

For items currently in stock, please expect delivery within approximately 5–10 business days.

If an item is not currently in stock or is made to order, we will contact you with an estimated delivery timeframe. Made-to-order pieces typically require approximately 3–5 weeks for production. We will keep you informed throughout the process.

Lost Shipments

Sissi Jewellery takes great care to ensure your order is safely dispatched. However, where tracking information confirms that a parcel has been successfully delivered to the address provided, Sissi Jewellery cannot be held responsible for loss or theft occurring after delivery.

Customer Availability for Signature

Sissi Jewellery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the recipient being unavailable to accept or sign for the parcel. Where signature is required, please ensure someone is available to receive the delivery or follow the carrier's instructions for collection or redelivery.

Unforeseen Circumstances

Sissi Jewellery is not responsible for delivery delays caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather conditions, customs clearance delays, carrier disruptions or technical issues experienced by the shipping provider.
