Shipping within Australia:

At Sissi Jewellery, we offer free shipping Australia-wide on all orders over $100 AUD. Orders under $100 AUD are charged a flat rate shipping fee of $15 AUD. International shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location. We aim to make your shopping experience seamless, reliable, and enjoyable.

Processing Time:
All orders placed with Sissi Jewellery are processed within 2-3 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. In instances of high order volumes, there may be a slight delay in processing, and we appreciate your understanding. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will promptly notify you via email or telephone.

Shipping Time:
For items currently in stock, please expect delivery within 5-10 business days. In the event that an item is out of stock, we will promptly contact you with an estimated delivery date. Typically, items not in stock require a manufacturing period, resulting in an estimated delivery time of three to five weeks. Rest assured; we'll keep you informed throughout the process.

Lost Shipments:
Sissi Jewellery holds itself accountable for the safe delivery of your orders. However, in cases where tracking indicates that a shipment has been delivered, Sissi Jewellery cannot be held for any lost shipments.

Customer Availability for Signature:
Sissi Jewellery is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by the customer not being available for signature upon arrival. Please ensure someone is present to receive and sign for your package.

Unforeseen Circumstances:
Sissi Jewellery is not responsible for delayed delivery caused by unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions or technical issues with the shipping company. While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, external factors may impact the actual delivery date.
