Refund policy

At Sissi Jewellery, we understand that purchasing jewellery online can sometimes feel uncertain. That’s why we offer a flexible return and exchange policy to give you peace of mind with every purchase.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your item.

Once your return request has been approved, items must be sent back within 30 days of delivery.

Return & Exchange Conditions

Please email us at hello@sissijewellery.com.au within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Our customer care team will assist you as soon as possible. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Item Condition
All items must be returned in original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories included.

Hygiene Policy
For hygiene and safety reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on earrings unless the item is faulty or incorrect upon arrival.

Packaging Requirements
Please ensure all jewellery is securely packaged to avoid damage during transit. We recommend using the original packaging where possible. Unfortunately, items damaged during return shipping may not be eligible for refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Responsibility
Customers are responsible for arranging safe return shipping, including tracking and insurance if desired. Sissi Jewellery is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.

Faulty Items
If your item arrives faulty or damaged, we will cover the return shipping costs. For returns or exchanges due to change of mind or personal preference, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
